Job summary

RW Design Ltd in Kaiapoi is seeking an experienced professional to join our collaborative team. Based in Kaiapoi, we work across residential, alterations, additions to bespoke homes and commercial projects.

You will concept, develop and translate designs into technical documentation, producing high-quality drawings for consent and construction, and coordinate with clients, consultants and councils to bring projects to life.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the NZ construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of NZ Building Code, RMA, District Plans, and NZS3604.
• Eye for detail and commitment to documentation quality.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and translate them into technical documentation.
• Produce accurate, high-quality drawings for building consent and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and councils.
