Job summary
Vault Property Group in Newmarket, Auckland is seeking an architectural design assistant to help turn ideas into clear drawings, documentation, and practical design solutions on live projects. You will prepare and update drawings, support concept and detailed design, and assist with coordination among team members and stakeholders, including site checks and basic admin tasks.
Two years' study or experience in architecture is preferred, with strong detail, and the ability to learn design software
Qualifications
- Two years' experience in architecture or architectural design.
- Strong attention to detail in written and visual work.
- Confidence with design software; quick learner; Rayon knowledge a bonus.
- Clear communication and receptiveness to direction.
- Organised and reliable for busy project work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update design drawings, plans, and presentation material.
- Support development of concept and detailed design documentation.
- Assist with coordination between team members and project stakeholders.
- Carry out site or project related research, checks, and basic administration as needed.
