Job summary

Kūmānu in Nelson is seeking an Arborist to deliver a broad range of arboriculture services across the Nelson-Tasman region. You'll work closely with the Team Leader – Arboriculture and play an important role in maintaining Nelson's beautiful urban and natural landscapes.

The role covers crown work, tree removals, line clearance, rope access, and mentoring junior team members, with an emphasis on safety, quality and customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Some arboriculture industry experience.
  • Strong climbing, rope and harness skills.
  • Experience with EWP operations (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach to health, safety and quality.

About you
