Job summary

Hunter Campbell in Auckland is seeking a capable claims administrator to join the Credit team. Reporting to the Credit Manager AU & NZ, you will own customer credit claims from receipt to resolution and coordinate with Finance, Credit and Sales to keep cash flow moving.

This hybrid role includes on-site parking and a collaborative, process-driven environment. The role emphasises accuracy, KPI tracking, and timely resolution of claims, with opportunities to develop exposure across finance,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in claims administration or credit support.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to liaise across teams.
• High attention to detail with solid time management.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving claims.
• Comfortable working to KPIs and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and distribute customer credit claims to the relevant authoriser.
• Validate claim details through clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process and pay approved claims in line with company audit requirements.
• Follow up aged, unresolved or problematic claims through to resolution.
• Liaise with Finance, Credit and Sales teams to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across the claims process.
• Deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting as required.
• Support broader department administration and health and safety compliance.
