Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – Digital Transformation to source, shape, and close large-scale transformation deals across APAC, valued at $10M+. You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders, guiding Workday digital transformation, platform change and AI-enabled operating models.

Role involves multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder cycles with cross‑functional teams. Requirements include 10+ years in enterprise sales and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management or complex services sales.
• Proven success originating, shaping and closing complex enterprise deals valued at $10M+.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit and closure of complex enterprise opportunities with multi-year scope and executive visibility.
• Develop transformation-led account strategies aligning client priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders as a consultative advisor on digital transformation.
• Shape demand by identifying transformation triggers and co-creating business cases with clients.
• Lead commercial strategy including pricing, risk positions and contract terms.
• Support long, multi-workstream cycles with internal and partner teams to deliver compelling proposals.
