Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through go-live and adoption, shaping outcomes with clients and ensuring measurable value. You will design planning models and guide clients on AI-enabled planning choices.

You will join a Trans-Tasman team of 900+ professionals, coaching clients, shaping proposals, and delivering differentiated planning solutions in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience implementing it, administering it, or using it deeply.
• Strong finance grounding: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations end to end from discovery to go-live and adoption support.
• Design planning models clients can own: driver-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, workforce and capital planning.
• Protect a great outcome: scope, timeline, budget, risk, and client/team relationships.
• Coach clients and share knowledge with your team.
• Apply AI judiciously in planning to cut cycle time and manual effort where valuable.
