Job summary

Argenta is seeking an Analytical Supervisor to lead our Starting Materials QC team in South Auckland, with on-site parking. You will manage analytical testing, documentation, and continuous improvement while ensuring GMP-compliant releases for raw materials and packaging used in animal health products.

You will mentor a medium-sized team of chemists, coordinate with the Head of QC, and drive investigations and reporting, all in a fast-paced environment that rewards ownership and high quality

Qualifications

• GMP manufacturing laboratory experience required.
• Experience with wet chemistry and analytical testing.
• Understanding of raw material sampling and packaging.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and HSE NZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Starting Materials QC team and ensure GMP-compliant material release.
• Complete documentation updates, investigations and report writing.
• Drive continuous improvement projects within the team.
• Collaborate with Head of QC and stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
