Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Tomoana, New Zealand is seeking an experienced Source To Pay Analyst to support day-to-day AP/Procure to Pay processes within the ANZ GBS team. You will work with BPO partners to drive performance, coach AP colleagues, and escalate issues as needed.

This role emphasizes process improvement, SLAs, and collaboration across global teams, with SAP S/4 Hana and Basware implementations. A strong AP background and GBS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressing work experience in the Accounts Payable area.
• Experience working in an operational capacity within GBS is preferred.
• Experience working with BPO or offshore teams is highly preferred.
• Experience operating in matrix and complex set ups.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience participating in Continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong Accounts Payable and/or Procurement background.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to foster strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Post graduate certification in GBS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vendor payments to terms accuracy and improvement initiatives.
• Coach and train the broader AP team on core fundamentals and continuous improvement opportunities.
• First point of escalation for Accounts Payable matters.
• Drive vendor payment improvements in partnership with Kraft Heinz Finance department and with support from Senior Manager, STP ANZ.
• Liaise between GBS and Kraft Heinz on Service Level Agreements and Reverse Service Level Agreements and drive action plans to improve performance on both sides.
• Drive Service Performance Management reviews between business and GBS and improve reporting with GBS team.
• Ensure process documentation is updated frequently to reflect current standard operating procedures in compliance with Kraft Heinz policies and controls.
• Work closely with Global process leaders and teams to understand root causes and represent process procedures, practicalities, and exceptions.
• Translate vendor payment targets into action plans for GBS to drive improvement.
• Support project and technology implementations including SAP S/4 Hana, Basware and other digital solutions.
• Review and analyse reporting from broader GBS teams.
• Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures.

About the Role

The role will work in partnership with third party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to drive operational performance of our full Source To Pay team, with a focus on our Accounts Payable stakeholders and vendors. The Source To Pay Analyst will serve as a key member of the Australia and New Zealand Global Business Services (GBS) team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Centric Operational Stability:

• Responsible for Vendor Paid to Terms (VPTT) accuracy and improvement initiatives to ensure our suppliers are consistently paid the right amounts at the right times
• Work closely with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to coach and train the broader AP team on core fundamentals and continuous improvement opportunities
• First point of escalation for Kraft Heinz on Accounts Payable matters (payment issues, vendor master data, internal queries)

Stakeholder Collaboration:
