As a face-to-face fundraiser across Auckland locations, you’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching and uncapped earnings with clear progression paths as you develop your communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• No previous fundraising experience required; enthusiasm and people skills matter.
• Excellent communication and empathy are essential to success.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Approaching people and starting conversations with the public.
• Building rapport and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Sharing the stories and impact of the charities represented.
