Job summary

Kumara Vine in Auckland is seeking a proactive fundraiser to engage supporters and communicate our environmental campaigns. You’ll use strong communication skills to inspire contributions in a dynamic team environment.

We offer full-time and part-time options with a base pay of $29.90/hour, plus a bonus scheme up to $200 per week. Remote options are available; permanent contracts include paid leave and access to team perks at Mt Eden location.

Qualifications

• Sales or telemarketing experience is highly desired.
• You must be motivated to achieve targets and confidently ask for contributions.
• A genuine desire to advocate for environmental causes.
• Working Holiday Visas (WHV) are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage supporters to explain campaigns and answer questions.
• Promote contributions and secure financial support for campaigns.
• Aim to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
• Participate in training and coaching provided by Kumara Vine.
