As a Remote Telefundraiser, you will make outbound calls, follow a structured script, build rapport, and record donor interactions in our CRM while aiming to meet weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or fundraising preferred.
• Able to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable following a structured script while engaging supporters.
• Strong listening skills and empathy for charitable causes.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and existing supporters.
• Follow a structured script while adapting your approach.
• Build rapport and clearly communicate the impact of contributions.
• Record accurate information in our CRM about calls and donations.
• Meet weekly call targets and fundraising goals.
• Handle objections professionally and convert hesitation into commitment.
