Job summary

Avis Budget Group at Blenheim Airport is seeking a Rental Operations Agent for a part-time 20-hour-per-week role covering evening shifts. You will handle front- and back-of-house tasks, greet customers, process rentals, contracts and bookings, and keep vehicles clean and ready.

You will inspect vehicles, assist with driving and parking, input rental data into computer systems, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Full, clean, valid Class 1 driver's licence is essential.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the counter to renting, contracts and bookings.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues.
• Drive, park and clean vehicles to ensure they are ready for customers.
• Input rental information accurately into computer systems and follow procedures.
