The role operates on a rotating roster, 36–72 hours per fortnight, across 0500–2200 hours, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and there are clear progression opportunities within the airline family.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service in travel or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable learning new booking systems quickly
