Job summary

Marloo is building an AI-powered partner for financial advisers, delivering a white-glove, advice-tech experience. The AIOps team turns data into scalable internal tools and AI workflows, enabling advisers to operate at scale with high ownership and ambition.

You’ll own the work and build leverage, turning signals into actionable improvements for activation, conversion and retention while collaborating across onboarding, invoicing and support. Expect a high-ownership role with travel as needed.

• Experience turning customer conversations into product insights.
• Comfort using AI to automate workflows.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Empathy for financial advisers and ability to communicate value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping advisers succeed with empathy and urgency.
• Build internal tools: scripts, small systems, and workflows to remove repetitive work.
• Create growth loops by turning product usage signals into activation and retention actions.
• Develop AI workflows to handle work that would require more headcount.
• Turn customer conversations into actionable insights for product and GTM teams.
• Manage onboarding, invoicing, payment issues and internal requests to keep the machine running.
• Support a team of empowered doers; “Not my job” is not part of the AIOps vocabulary.
