Job summary

Marloo is seeking an AIOps Intern to join the Wellington team. You will own projects end-to-end, build internal tools and AI workflows, and help advisers using our AI-powered platform. This role emphasizes high ownership, fast learning, and a hands-on approach to turning data and conversations into actionable improvements.

You’ll collaborate in person, contribute across product and growth loops, and may travel internationally as needed to support customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience for advisers and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.
• Build internal tools, scripts and workflows to remove repetitive work and boost team effectiveness.
• Create AI workflows to automate tasks that would otherwise require more headcount.
• Turn customer conversations into patterns and actionable insights for product and GTM teams.
• Keep the machine running with onboarding, invoicing and internal requests.
• General pitching wherever the company needs you, embracing a high-ownership, doer mindset.
