Job summary

Dimond Roofing, part of the Fletcher Building group, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Auckland to lead a small production and loading team on an afternoon shift (2:30pm-11pm) and drive on-time, safe deliveries. You’ll coach frontline staff, partner with sales, customer service and supply chain, and implement continuous improvements across loading, dispatch, and transport processes.
