Job summary

Dimond Roofing, part of the Fletcher Building group, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a small team across production and loading in Auckland, delivering on-time, safe orders while coaching staff and driving improvements.

This afternoon shift (2:30pm–11pm, Mon–Fri) is hands-on; you’ll apply transport and logistics experience to optimise loading, dispatch, and customer delivery while collaborating with sales, service and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within a transport, logistics, freight, warehousing, or 3PL environment.
