Chubb New Zealand is seeking a dedicated relationship-focused professional to support advisers in Wellington or Auckland. You’ll balance growth with policy quality, ensure smooth submission cycles, and help advisers convert opportunities into completed policies.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Distribution, the Strategic Account Manager, and operations to deliver consistent messaging, maintain book quality, and strengthen customer outcomes through a proactive, customer-centric approach.

• Turning more submissions into completed policies and growing the in force book.
• Spotting persistency and book quality issues early, and acting before they bite.
• Being the go to person for your advisers, from pipeline updates to sorting complaints.
• Fixing the processes that slow advisers down.
• Keeping your panel sound and compliant, including FAA risk.
