Based in Wellington or Auckland, this full-time, hybrid role partners with Sales and Distribution, the Strategic Account Manager and operations to deliver a consistent, customer-centric experience and shaping a new relationship model.

Responsibilities

• Helping advisers write more good business with Chubb
• Turning more submissions into completed policies and growing the in force book
• Spotting persistency and book quality issues early, and acting before they bite
• Being the go to person for advisers, from pipeline updates to sorting complaints
• Fixing the processes that slow advisers down
• Keeping your panel sound and compliant, including FAA risk
