Job summary

Harvey Norman’s Head Office in Manukau City is seeking a proactive Advertising Assistant to support the Computers team. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to grow in advertising and administration within New Zealand’s leading retailer.

You will handle data entry, campaign coordination and online content creation, while collaborating with stores and suppliers to ensure accurate listings and pricing.

Qualifications

• Accurate and fast data entry skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain product pricing on the website.
• Coordinate with stores on upcoming campaigns.
• Ensure promotional tickets are accurate and up to date online.
• Assist with traditional marketing materials like posters and TV/ Magazine ads.
• Support creation of online materials: banners, EDMs, landing pages and social content.
• Research product features with managers and suppliers for accurate listings.
