About the Role - Mo tēnei tūrangi mahi

Marlborough Sounds Adventure Company is located in Picton and provide sea kayaking, walking and mountain biking activities, ranging from a couple of hours to multiple days. In addition, we also have a substantial education program running activities for visiting school groups.

We are looking for Kayak & Mountain Bike Guides to join our team on full time, fixed term contracts from 31st of October 2025 to April 2027 (exact start/finish dates to be arranged).

This role is varied and includes (but not limited to);

• Guiding
• Safety Briefings
• Equipment Maintenance

It is preferred that you have the following experience and skills:

• Commercial guiding/instruction or,
• Sea Kayaking/ White Water experience

You will be required to have the following:

• Current First Aid Certificate
• Full Drivers License
