Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking Project Engineers/Advanced Project Engineers to contribute to nationwide expansion and delivery of building technologies across multiple cities in New Zealand.

You will lead or contribute to engineering and commissioning efforts for BMS, Electronic Security or SCADA/PLC projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Project Management and customers, with opportunities to shape engineering solutions and reduce risk through meticulous planning and

Qualifications

Engineering degree or trade qualification with considerable experience in electrical, electronic, mechatronics or ICT field.
Strong communications and stakeholder engagement are essential.
Experience in project engineering for building technology solutions is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Project engineering, implementation, integration, commissioning, and documentation.
Coordinate requirements of internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Remote Engineering, Service and customers.
Identify customer needs on site and translate into workable solutions.
FATs, bench testing and delivering commissioning packages.
Provide technical direction and support to project members, including planning, scheduling and quality assurance.
Control and manage work-related risks.
Assist with sales, including providing project estimates.
