Qualifications

• Qualified automotive technician or equivalent experience.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Proven ability to service a range of vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and identify root causes.
• Perform scheduled maintenance including oil changes, filters, fluids and brakes.
• Repair components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes and electrical systems.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure proper operation.
• Keep detailed service records and communicate costs and timelines clearly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean workshop.
• Stay up-to-date with automotive tech and repair techniques.
