Job summary

ACG Parnell in Auckland is seeking an Enrolments and Administration Coordinator to deliver an efficient enrolment experience for prospective and current families while providing high-quality administrative support across the school.

The role supports the Head of Admissions, coordinates relief requirements, assists with daily school operations, and provides reception coverage. This is a permanent position with hours 7:15am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday.

• Assist with Open Days, campus tours, and prospective family engagement activities.
• Coordinate relief requirements, attendance sheets, class materials, and resources for relief staff.
• Provide administrative support across the school, including reception cover and general office duties.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff through professional communication.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Based at ACG Parnell, the Enrolments and Administration Coordinator is responsible for delivering an efficient and professional enrolment experience for prospective and current families while providing high-quality administrative support across the school. The role plays an integral part in the Administration Team, supporting the Head of Admissions with daily school operations, coordinating relief requirements, other admin tasks as required and classroom cover as required. The position also provides reception support, ensuring a welcoming and responsive service to students, families, staff, and visitors. This is a permanent position - work hours will be 7:15am - 3:45pm, Monday - Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the end-to-end student enrolment and admissions process, including maintaining accurate student records in iSAMS and ENROL.
• Maintain student databases, timetables, and enrolment documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Liaise with parents, staff, and the Finance team regarding admissions, enrolments, withdrawals, and student information.
• Assist with Open Days, campus tours, and prospective family engagement activities.
• Coordinate daily relief requirements, preparing attendance sheets, class materials, and resources for relief staff.
• Provide administrative support across the school, including reception cover and general office duties.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff through professional and responsive communication.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and well-organised school environment.

Additional Requirements
