Ara Poutama Aotearoa – Department of Corrections in Dunedin is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Community Corrections team. You’ll provide essential administrative support to Probation Officers and frontline staff while helping to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Community Corrections team in Dunedin. This is a busy and rewarding full-time role where you'll provide essential administrative support to Probation Officers and frontline staff while helping to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
You'll be the first point of contact for people serving community-based sentences, members of the public, service providers, and internal and external stakeholders. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a varied role supporting the Department's goal of reducing re-offending and creating safer communities.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
This role work between the days and hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and is a full time, permanent position.
