Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an Administration Support Haematology for Palmerston North to provide efficient, compassionate reception and admin services. The Administration Support Haematology role is to provide a professional, efficient and compassionate reception and administrative service that supports the delivery of patient-centred care. The role is responsible for welcoming patients and whānau, coordinating communication, accurately registering patients and maintaining high-quality information within our administration systems. Working as an integral member of the multidisciplinary Haematology team, and wider Cancer, Screening, Treatment and Support Service. The role contributes to effective patient flow, high standards of customer service, data quality, confidentiality and continuous service improvement.
This role also provides administration support for the Haematology Medical Lead and team members.
