As Activities Coordinator, you'll take ownership of planning and delivering activities that bring purpose, enjoyment, connection, and routine to residents' daily lives. From group activities and celebrations through to personalised one-on-one engagement, you'll help residents continue doing the things that matter most to them.
You'll also play an important role in supporting Bupa's Blua App experience. Through your work, residents, whānau, family members and care teams stay connected through shared access to activities, wellbeing updates, daily routines and care information. Your contribution helps strengthen communication, support resident wellbeing, and create a more connected care journey for everyone involved.
This permanent part-time position offers 28 hours per week on a 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off roster, working 9:00am to 3:30pm. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who values consistency, meaningful work, and being part of a trusted aged care provider with strong local roots.
To be successful in this role, you will enjoy a variety of work and have prior experience in this field, along with an interest in and understanding of the elderly and their needs.
