Summerset Retirement Villages is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Administrator to join our busy finance team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will process high volumes of invoices and credit notes, typically around 1,000 per month, and perform reconciliations with accuracy.

Based in Wellington, you’ll work five days per week in the office with some work-from-home options, subject to performance and meeting deadlines. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience processing around 1,000 invoices per month.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Experience with TechnologyOne or a similar finance system would be advantageous.
