Winstone Wallboards in Auckland is seeking anAccounts Payable Administrator to support our Finance team. The role involves processing supplier invoices, maintaining ledger accuracy, and ensuring timely payments within our JD Edwards system.
You will verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end close. The position requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and at least two years of AP experience in a busy finance function.

About the Role
We're looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team based in our Penrose head office. This is a busy role where you'll help keep supplier payments flowing smoothly, resolve invoice queries, and support the day-to-day operation of a large accounts payable function.
