Walker Smith is seeking an Account Manager to own a customer portfolio across facilities services in Auckland. You’ll manage relationships with clients and franchisees, ensuring service quality and retention through regular contact and site visits.

You will coordinate site assessments, communicate expectations, and drive improvements while identifying opportunities to offer additional services that add value for customers.
