You'll have the opportunity to work alongside one of New Zealand's leading Construction, Property, Power and Renewables teams, supporting some of the country's most significant infrastructure and energy clients. Bringing your technical broking expertise, you'll collaborate with clients, underwriters, and Aon stakeholders to develop tailored strategies that create value, drive retention, and support long‑term success. This role will play a key part in supporting the growth of Aon's Power and Renewables business, with a primary focus on construction and property‑related risks across the sector.

You will have proven experience in insurance broking and managing your portfolio, not only that but you will have the ability to deliver high quality client services and have exceptional communication skills. Experience in construction, property, infrastructure, power or renewable energy risks would be highly regarded, along with an understanding of the unique insurance requirements of these sectors.
