As our Auckland portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive service excellence, and support the delivery of technical services across a diverse property portfolio.
Reporting to the National Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a portfolio of key client accounts. You'll act as a trusted link between our clients and operational teams, ensuring contractual obligations, KPIs and service expectations are consistently met. You'll work closely with technical teams, trades, our call centre, invoicing teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain performance and deliver a high level of client service. One of the key aspects of this role is managing strong, high-touch client relationships. You'll need to be confident communicating regularly with clients, providing clear updates, managing expectations and taking ownership when challenges arise.
We're looking for someone who combines technical understanding with strong commercial and relationship management skills.
