Job summary

Big Chill Distribution is seeking dedicated Pick & Pack staff for our Auckland site at Highbrook Business Park. Roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, 11am–7:30pm with occasional late finishes, in chilled and frozen environments.

You'll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, checking order accuracy, and counting inventory for cycle counts, while upholding strict health and safety standards. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Experience in chilled temperatures.
• Reach forklift license is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities required.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends.

About the role

We are looking for Pick & Packers to join our team in Auckland, based at the Highbrook Business Park.

These are full time roles working Monday to Friday, from 11am to 7:30pm, with possible late finishes on Monday and Friday. All positions will be working in chilled and frozen environments, so if you love the cooler climates, this role is perfect for you!

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• The picking and packing of our customers orders.


• Checking accuracy of our customers orders.


• Counting inventory for cycle counts.


• Adhering to our H&S standards and policies, as H&S is extremely important to the Big Chill family.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.


• Experience working in chilled temperatures.


• A Reach Forklfit licence would be an added advantage


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Self-motivated whilst working collaboratively as part of a team.


• A williness to work weekends
