Job summary

Big Chill Distribution is hiring Pick & Pack staff in Auckland, based at the Highbrook Business Park. Roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00–19:30 with possible late finishes, working in chilled and frozen environments.

You will pick and pack customer orders, check order accuracy, count inventory for cycle counts, and follow strict H&S standards. Weekend work is required in some cases, with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Experience working in chilled temperatures.
• Reach Forklift licence would be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated whilst working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends.

About the role

We are looking for Pick & Packers to join our team in Auckland, based at the Highbrook Business Park.

These are full time roles working Monday to Friday, from 11am to 7:30pm, with possible late finishes on Monday and Friday. All positions will be working in chilled and frozen environments, so if you love the cooler climates, this role is perfect for you!

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• The picking and packing of our customers orders.


• Checking accuracy of our customers orders.


• Counting inventory for cycle counts.


• Adhering to our H&S standards and policies, as H&S is extremely important to the Big Chill family.
