Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts or closely related design field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in 3D visualisation or related design field.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong track record in design creation and execution across multiple mediums.
• Experience with website content management systems.
• Experience in large‑scale print development and publication.
• Photography and video editing skills.
• Videography and video‑editing software experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to translate ideas into clear concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• 3D lab management: oversee 3D printing and digital modelling, ensure quality and workflow efficiency.
• Prototyping: refine new product concepts with engineers.
• Vendor management: manage supplier relationships.
• Resource management: supervise stock of consumables.
• Technological research: explore new technologies to enhance digital assets.
• Brand and visual design: maintain design and brand consistency for print materials.
• Software: maintain expertise across 3D software toolset.
• Multimedia: support photography, video workflows, and image library management.
• Website: manage content updates across group websites and CMS.
• Print: design and produce print materials for promotions, catalogs, events, and signage.
• Communications: translate ideas into clear design concepts for stakeholders.
• Progression: stay updated with design trends and technology to improve outputs.
