MECCA Brands Takapuna is seeking a 2IC to support the Store Manager and lead a large team in NZ. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, mentor staff, and help achieve store KPIs in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, ongoing training, and feedback, with a 90-day trail period for new hires. This full-time position offers strong development opportunities and access to MECCA's educational programs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams.
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience.
• If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period.
