AS Colour Ltd is seeking a passionate 2IC Retail Assistant for our Dunedin store to support the Store Manager and lead a dynamic team on the floor.

You will cover Sunday and Monday shifts (30 hours), deliver top-notch customer service, merchandise the store, and help shoppers find the right product. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and a stylish, confident approach to fashion. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail is required, ideally in a similar role.
• The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner is essential.
• We have a close-knit retail staff so you'll have to work well with a team and have good time management.
• Ideally, you'd have a well-developed sense of your own style; self-confidence, a genuine love for fashion and selling high quality basic apparel.
• The right to live and work in New Zealand permanently.

We're looking on the lookout for a passionate and driven 2IC Retail Assistant to help lead the team at our Dunedin store. As the right hand to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations - bringing energy to the floor, delivering next-level customer service and repping the brand with authenticity.

What you will do:
