Kaiapoi North is a high-performing, innovative and collaborative school, just North of Christchurch.

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our highly collaborative teaching team. The year level is to be determined, depending on the applicants that we get, and confirming the make-up of our existing staff. It is likely to be in years 2-8. You can indicate on the application form your year level preference.

The successful applicant will be able to build effective relationships with ākonga and whānau and model a growth mindset.

Your knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment will ensure the best possible outcomes for ākonga in your learning space. We have strong structured literacy and mathematics, built on a foundation of the Science of Learning to ensure our ākonga have the very best learning opportunities and achieve highly.
