Job summary

Hampden Street School in Nelson is seeking two kaiako to join our vibrant, inclusive kura. One role is in the Year 0–2 team and the other in the Year 5–6 team; applicants should indicate their preferred level or indicate they are open to either.

We are a progressive, well-resourced contributing primary school with about 460 ākonga. Our collaborative staff are committed to creative, engaging and future-focused learning where every learner is known, valued and supported to thrive.

Qualifications

• Must hold NZ teaching certification or registration.
• Experience in primary education preferred.

Permanent Scale A classroom kaiako – 2 positions.

Year 0 to 2 and Year 5 to 6.

Hampden Street School is seeking 2 enthusiastic and adaptive kaiako to join our vibrant, inclusive kura in central Nelson. One position is within our Year 0 to 2 team and the other within our Year 5 to 6 team. Applicants should indicate their preferred teaching level or whether they wish to be considered for either position.
