Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking players through live chat, email, and phone support
- Help customers with questions regarding their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical difficulties
- Troubleshoot issues swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately log customer interactions and provide feedback to improve services
- Partner with internal teams to enhance the overall gaming experience for our players
- Stay abreast of product knowledge and industry developments
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming sector or a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work effectively in a busy and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new lifestyle
