A leading engineering company in Norway seeks a Senior Advisor for its Renewable Energy department to develop sustainable energy solutions. The role requires expertise in electrification and strong communication skills, with responsibilities in project development and team guidance. Location: Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim or Tromsø. Our other locations are also possible
Role
Today, we work in a wide range of energy projects within electrification, energy storage, and solar power to meet society's increasing demand for sustainable energy solutions. As a senior advisor - electrification, you will help develop energy concepts and implement these for our clients. With us, you will be able to work on projects in both energy planning, production, and distribution.
You will have a central role in the development of our technical areas and professional guidance of colleagues in the section.
The team
We\'re a team of about 30 people, made up of engineers, specialists, and others. Our experience ranges from just a few years up to 40, and ages go from 29 to 65. Having such a mix really brings different viewpoints and ideas, making the team a great place to work and learn from each other.
