Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway, is recruiting two Senior Planners to join our team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects. This site-based role reports to the Planning Manager and requires fluency in English and strong planning skills.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5–10 years in project planning, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; you'll coordinate with engineering, construction and management teams to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years' experience in project planning within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Previous experience on large-scale Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies, construction sequencing and critical path analysis.
• Experience developing, monitoring and updating detailed project programmes throughout all phases of delivery.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience producing progress reports, programme updates and schedule recovery plans.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, earned value principles and project controls.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Fluent English essential.
• Willingness to work on a site-based project in Fyresdal, Norway.

CTS Group is currently recruiting experienced x2 Senior Planners to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Fyresdal, Norway. The Role

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing and maintaining project programmes throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against key milestones and client expectations.
