Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway is recruiting three experienced HSE Officers to join our growing team delivering hyperscale data centre projects. This is a hands-on, site-based role focusing on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

You will report to the Project HSE Manager, perform site inspections, lead inductions and toolbox talks, and collaborate with subcontractors and clients to ensure work is carried out safely and in line with Norwegian legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification desirable.
• 3–5 years' experience in a site-based HSE role within construction or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• HSE Officer experience carrying out site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Ability to deliver inductions and toolbox talks with site teams.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting systems.
• Fluent English essential; knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable.

x3 HSE Officer (Data Centers) CTS Group is currently recruiting three experienced HSE Officers to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Fyresdal, Norway.

The Role

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across site operations.

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role where you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and local legislation.

Requirements
