Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to join our Fyresdal, Norway project. You will lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the data centre site, ensuring the highest standards are met from delivery through completion.

You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with procedures and local laws, and mentor the wider HSE team on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5-8 years' HSE Lead experience in construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Experience leading HSE on large-scale construction or Data Centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Experience leading site inspections, audits and safety observations; proven ability to manage and mentor HSE teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English essential; knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable.

CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced HSE Lead to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Fyresdal, Norway.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the project, ensuring the highest standards of HSE performance are achieved throughout every stage of delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline

• Knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation desirable
