Job summary

CTS Group is seeking x4 HSE Advisors (Data Centres) to join site-based teams delivering hyperscale data centre projects in Fyresdal, Norway. You will promote HSE standards, work with project teams and subcontractors, and lead inductions and safety observations.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience in HSE on site, fluent English, and knowledge of Norwegian HSE rules. Accommodation and rotation support may apply, with ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001 desirable.
3–5 years' site-based HSE experience in construction or mission-critical environments.
Strong hazard ID, risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
x4 HSE Advisors with site inspections, audits and safety observations.
Ability to deliver inductions and toolbox talks to site teams.
Fluent English; Norwegian legislation knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain health, safety and environmental compliance across site operations.
Work with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure safe, efficient work.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and engage positively with site teams.
Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations and report findings.
Lead incident investigations and maintain HSE documentation.
