Job summary
CTS Group is recruiting an experienced HSE Lead to join our team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Kristiansand, Norway. You will lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the project, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance.
The role is site-based with strong leadership requirements, and opportunities for professional development within Europe’s dynamic
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related field.
- NEBOSH Diploma or IGC required or equivalent.
- NEBOSH/Iso 45001 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5–8 years' HSE lead experience in construction/industrial/critical environments.
- Experience leading HSE on large-scale Data Centre or construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the project.
- Drive proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures and legislation.
- Provide leadership to the site HSE team and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations.
- Mentor HSE staff and promote continuous safety improvements.
