Job summary

Oda is seeking full-time Drivers in Norway to deliver groceries to customers, load and unload goods, and maintain the delivery van. Morning and evening shifts are available, with one weekend per month and a 35.5-hour rotational schedule.

You’ll join a fast-moving team and play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience. You’ll report to Driver Operating Managers, bring groceries to doors, and help onboard new colleagues while keeping safety and efficiency a priority.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license (Class B) for at least 2 years
• Good communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus
• Comfortable with physically demanding work

What you’ll be doing as a Driver

• Report directly to our Driver Operating Managers and Team Leaders at your site as an essential part of our dedicated delivery team.
• Be a Customer Hero: You’ll be on the road bringing groceries and smiles directly to our customers, ensuring a top-notch "Oda experience" at every doorstep.
• Keep the wheels turning: You’ll handle loading and unloading with speed and care, ensuring every box arrives in perfect condition.
• Own your ride: You’ll take pride in your van, keeping it clean, presentable, and ready for the road.
• Pay it forward: You’ll help onboard and train new colleagues, sharing your best tips and tricks from the road.
• Make us better: We value your brain as much as your driving! You’ll contribute your ideas to help us improve our routines and ways of working.

What you’ll need to succeed

• A valid driving license (Class B): You have held your license for at least 2 years from the date of issue and feel confident and safe behind the wheel.
• Good communication skills: Comfortable in speaking and writing English. If you also know Norwegian or another Nordic language, that’s a big plus!

Practical information

Start date: We're looking for our next great team members to join us this November, with planned start dates in weeks 45-47.

The position is based on a rotational shift schedule (35,5 h), working one weekend per month.

Working Hours

Morning shifts: starts between 04:15 and 06:00

Evening shift: starts between 12:45 and 14:30

Position: 100% Full-time
