Job summary

Oda in Oslo is hiring full-time Drivers to join our fast-moving delivery team. You’ll bring groceries and smiles to customers’ doorsteps, manage loading and unloading, and keep your van neat and road-ready.

You’ll report to Driver Operating Managers, help onboard new colleagues, and share ideas to improve routines. A valid Class B license held for at least two years and good English communication are required; Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B driving license held for at least 2 years.
• Good communication in English; Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and smiles to customers' doorsteps.
• Handle loading and unloading with care; ensure items arrive in good condition.
• Keep the vehicle clean and road-ready at all times.
• Onboard and train new colleagues with tips from the road.
• Share ideas to improve routines and ways of working.
