Job summary

Oda is hiring a weekend driver in Larvik to deliver groceries and packages to customers. The role is part-time (20%) with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, reporting to the Delivery Operating Manager on-site.

As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and the Delivery Team Leaders on-site. You’ll deliver groceries and packages to our customers in the area. We believe you'll enjoy working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. It would also be best if you enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity, not just driving.

What you’ll be doing as a Driver

• Delivering food and packages to our customers.

• Maintain efficiency and quality by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and following routines and processes.

• Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.

• Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.

• Training new drivers on the road.

• Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience.

• Speaking English is required, and familiarity with Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.
