Job summary

Oda in Oslo is looking for Full-Time Drivers to join our delivery team. You’ll report to Driver Operating Managers and Team Leaders at your site, bringing groceries and smiles to customers and ensuring a top-notch Oda experience.

You’ll handle loading/unloading, keep your van in good condition, and help onboard new colleagues. The role requires a valid Class B license held 2+ years and strong English communication; morning and evening shifts, 100% hours.

Qualifications

• A valid driving license (Class B) held for at least 2 years
• Good communication skills in English, Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Report to Driver Operating Managers and Team Leaders at your site as part of the delivery team
• Deliver groceries directly to customers, ensuring a top-notch Oda experience at every doorstep
• Handle loading and unloading with speed and care, keeping the van in good condition
• Own and maintain your van, keeping it clean and road-ready
• Help onboard and train new colleagues, sharing tips from the road
• Contribute ideas to improve routines and ways of working
